Beeyond the Hive is a collaborative project proposing an educational and sustainability-focused campaign for Huntington Gardens to actively engage community scientists of all ages around California’s native bees and pollinators. My role centered on graphic design, where I created posters, branding, a book, merchandise, and spatial graphics while also photographing native bees for authentic visual material. The project also involved close collaboration with spatial designer Prachiti Kamath, who developed the layout and final renders, and illustrator Audyanna Vialpando, who produced the detailed bee illustrations and helped concept storyboards. Together, we emphasized conservation and environmental awareness through a multidisciplinary design approach that thoughtfully combined research, storytelling, and visual identity.
